Bringing your baby home for the first time can bring on a lot of emotions such as excitement, overwhelmed and lets not forget FEAR. Yep.. fear.. You know those first couple of months or even up to a year old you find yourself waking in the middle of the night on top of the nightly feedings to check on your baby to make sure he/she is still breathing. Yes.. I admit I am one of those moms.

Well BabySense is here to put your fears aside and made an Infant Movement Monitor that lays flat under your child’s mattress. BabySense V utilizes a highly sensitive motion detector technology that is incorporated into sensor pads. When the pads are placed under the infant’s / baby’s slightest movements or motions. If movements stops for 20 seconds or if the monitor detects less than 10 micro-movements per minute, an alarm sounds, and a parent or caretaker will know to come to the aid of the infant. What I also love about the BabySense V Monitor is that it runs off of batteries! No Plugs or cords that can potentially choke or electrocute the baby. Want to know something else??? This can also be used for toddlers also!! YEP.. It’s pretty scary transferring a toddler to a toddler bed and not worry about them getting up and getting into trouble.. Like my 2 year old…lol.. He likes to get up in the middle of the night and play or get into trouble. I simply put the monitor under his mattress ( must be a crib mattress) I found that the Monitor does not work under a normal mattress).  The monitor alerted me when there was no movement and guess what? Caden was not in his bed, he was playing. So I was able to simply put him back in his bed instead of finding him on the floor sleeping by his toys in the morning.  Don’t think that you can only use this in a crib either! One pad easily fits into a bassinet and on or two pads in a play pen!   Pretty much any where your baby lays, there will always be room for your BabySense Monitor.

BabySense V Infant Movement Monitor –
Practical Guidelines for Use
Installation for Newborn Babies
Babies under the age of 3 months do not move from place to place while sleeping.  Most babies in this age range weigh less than 7 kilo.    USE ONLY ONE SENSOR PAD without the connecting cable in order to ensure greater relative sensitivity.
Babies Three Months of Age & Up
Babies begin to crawl and become more mobile at the age of 3 months.  Now is the time to ADD THE SECOND Babysense V SENSOR PAD attaching the two pads with the “connecting cable” supplied.  As the baby moves about in his or her crib, the two sensor pads will ensure that all of the baby’s movements are monitored.

Trust me when your an expert on parenting you can come up with many ways to improvise!
