Carnival Triumph

The Carnival Triumph, one of the many fleets by Carnival cruise lines. The Triumph cruises the Western Caribbean, one of my favorite cruises.
The Triumph offers many different types of rooms based on your budget and family size. We love getting the State room with balcony. It’s spacious and there is nothing like the privacy of your own deck. We love to sleep with the door open so we can hear the waves. So soothing!
The State room we stayed in offers a queen bed, couch bed and a pull down bunk bed.
Did I mention that the beds are ultra soft!
You melt into them after a long day of having fun!
The view from the deck was pretty awesome too!
Lets talk food!
My favorite! You’ll have an endless amount of food. You can hit the lido deck where you can eat a wide range of foods buffet style. I love that they incorporate different culture foods. You can also eat in the dining room which we did some times for casual dinner. We went to all the formal dinners which was twice during the entire trip.
All the kid fun is on the lido deck. Food, pool, temporary tattoos, dancing, contests! They even have a HUGE screen to watch movies from the deck.
What more could you ask for!
Dance party rooms
Golfing also!
When you want adult time the kids can have fun in Camp Carnival. My kids
loved spending time there. They did so much stuff like playing video games, scavenger hunts,
color and so much more. They also have Club O2 and Club Circle C for older kids.
Captains parties are always fun. We get invited every time we cruise.
Free drinks, snacks, bingo and a show. So much fun.
Ports:
Beliz
The first port we stopped at was Beliz.
With this port there is no dock. The little boats you see in the picture are tenders that take you to the island. As you can see the weather was bad. I did take the kids to the island to shop a bit but thats about it. Carnival does offer great things to do while in port. My parents ended up going rafting.
Isle Roatan
This port ended up being my favorite! It was breath taking! We pulled into port and waited for a bus to pick us up and take us to the secluded island.
The secluded Island was paradise! The water was warm and the kids had a blast!
Cozumel Mexico
OUr last port was Cozumel. This was going to be another beach day and the kids and I were perfectly ok with that. My mom and I had signed up with the cruise ship the Dolphin Excursion. Thats was a blast to swim with dolphins and other under water creatures!
